Commercial General Contractor in El Dorado Hills seeking an experienced and well-rounded Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities of this position will include creating budgets, assisting in the preparation of proposals, negotiating subcontracts, developing and managing project schedules, reviewing submittals, ensuring compliance with jobsite safety requirements, preparing project reports, managing change orders and RFI’s. The PM works with all members of each project team to complete successful projects and build and maintain positive relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors and fellow employees.
Required Qualifications and Attributes:
· A minimum of 5 years' experience managing commercial construction projects
· Strong leadership, communication and management skills
· Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
· Able to manage a team of employees and multiple projects
· Excellent problem solving skills
· Strong work ethic and commitment to operating with integrity
· Knowledge of local, state, and federal building code regulations
This is an office based position with travel to job site locations throughout the west coast.

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
