This role directly facilitates daily routines—including check-in, academic homework help, Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) activities, mentorship, and physical enrichment—while maintaining student safety, positive site culture, and accurate daily attendance logs in Salesforce.

- 4:55 PM – 5:30 PM: Leadership Curriculum, SEL activities, Black Lemonade Pledge recitation, and youth-led service projects.
- 5:30 PM – 6:00 PM: Reflection, structured free play, and dismissal/bus transition.

2. Attendance & Data Compliance
- Take accurate daily direct attendance on NAZA-approved sign-in sheets and enter data weekly into the Salesforce platform (recommended daily).
- Ensure parent/guardian sign-out protocols and transportation permission forms are strictly followed for evening bus departures.
- Maintain student enrollment records, emergency contact sheets, and medical/allergy information on site at all times.
3. School Partner & Family Engagement
- Build positive working relationships with school principals, teachers, custodial staff, and Community Achieves leads at the assigned site.
- Assist in student recruitment efforts, including cafeteria "Lemonade Tours" and student outreach.
- Communicate proactively with parents regarding student progress, attendance patterns, and upcoming milestone events (e.g., Thanksgiving Feast, Showcase, Self-Love Day).
4. Safety, Facilities & Quality Standards
- Ensure program spaces (cafeterias, classrooms, gyms) are kept clean and restored to pristine condition after each session ("Clean Up Protocol").
- Conduct regular fire/emergency drills each semester in compliance with NAZA minimum standards.
- Report any facility, safety, or student behavioral concerns immediately to the Youth Program Director.
