About the Role
Wishfully Clean is looking for dependable, detail-oriented House Cleaners who take pride in creating clean, welcoming homes for our clients. Unlike many cleaning companies that rely heavily on one-time cleanings, we work primarily with recurring clients who value consistency, professionalism, and great service.

Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- No evening shifts
- Half-day and full-day appointments
- Must be available for both morning and afternoon appointments
- Flexible scheduling opportunities available based on performance and availability
What You’ll Do
- Clean and maintain residential homes according to company standards
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize living spaces
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Make beds and refresh linens when requested
- Clean mirrors, glass surfaces, and high-touch areas
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and procedures
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Use our scheduling platform to review appointments and job details
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and punctual

- Ability to work independently
- Strong customer service skills
- Comfortable using a smartphone and basic apps
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the day
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel up to 20 miles between appointments
Experience
- Residential, commercial, hotel, housekeeping, or janitorial experience is preferred
- Customer service experience is highly valued
- Former hospitality, retail, childcare, healthcare, and customer-facing professionals often excel in this role.
- No professional cleaning experience? We provide paid training for candidates who demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
