We are looking for an experienced Shift Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Shift Leader will also be responsible for training and motivating employees, enforcing safety regulations, and monitoring employee performance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to think quickly on their feet.
Responsibilities:
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Lead and motivate team members to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all safety and health regulations are followed.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and safely.
- Maintain accurate records of shift activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 45 per week
