The Role
We’re hiring a Skilled Multi Trades person to deliver high-quality interior craftsmanship across residential projects. This includes trim, cabinetry, countertops, finishes, punch-out work, and detailed installs that make a house feel complete.
You’ll work closely with our remodeling and maintenance teams to ensure every project is finished clean, tight, and professional.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Install and finish baseboards, casing, doors, crown (where applicable), and trim packages
- Install outlets, toggle switches, and light fixtures.
- Assist with minor plumbing like P- Traps and supply lines.
- Assist with backsplash and flooring installs as needed
- Perform framing and drywall repairs/texture when required for project completion
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials precisely using hand/power tools
- Build/repair framework and interior structures as needed using screws, nails, dowels, glue, etc.
Professional Jobsite Standards
- Read and follow work orders, scope notes, and project specs
- Communicate clearly with teammates and lead when something isn’t right
- Maintain a clean workspace and protect finished surfaces
- Follow safety guidelines, labels, and best practices at all times
What We’re Looking For

- Can troubleshoot onsite without constant hand-holding

- Communicate like a pro, not a hothead
Requirements
- Strong experience with finish carpentry, drywall, minor plumbing, flooring, painting, and minor exterior work.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools (saws, nail guns, levels, lasers, etc.)
- Knowledge of wood materials, common finishes, and install best practices
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, handling materials
- Climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, crawling as needed
- Lift/move up to 25 lbs frequently; up to 50+ lbs occasionally
