All Club SciKidz staff must commit to work 3-6 full weeks (Mon-Fri) of the summer camp season. All staff will complete a mandatory, comprehensive, virtual and hands-on paid training program. All of our hires are background checked. Topics for the training will include:

Our Camp Counselors have usually completed at least one year of college or equivalent educational life experience and are enrolled for the following fall semester. Current school teachers or school staff also make fabulous camp counselors as well! We only hire camp counselors that will demonstrate a love for children and will protect our respected Club SciKidz brand. Counse
Camp Counselors are directly responsible for camper safety and learning, we keep a ratio of 1 counselor to 10 campers. Counselors are role models for our campers, they take the responsibility seriously by providing positive and friendly interactions with the campers and nurture an environment that allows the campers to feel safe, comfortable, and excited about science! Therefore, Camp Counselors (along with meeting the criteria listed above) must be HIGHLY energetic and demonstrate that they are genuinely enjoying the camp experience!
Hourly pay ranges between $18-23
