Job Overview
We are seeking a well-groomed, reliable and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to provide professional customer service over the phone as well as ensuring a positive in-person experience with our guests and fellow staff. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, dependability, as well as the ability to multitask efficiently. Candidate must be flexible to work part-time/full-time shifts between the hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and weekends are required.
Responsibilities
- Positively greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Attend to check-in and check-out processes while ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Fulfill front desk responsibilities to include, but not limited to, answering phones and addressing in-person guest inquiries.
- Must be eager to learn and provide information about our surrounding areas and our hotel's services and amenities with accuracy to guests.
- Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally while addressing and/or reporting any concerns or requests to Management and/or fellow staff.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and guest relations at all times.
Skills
- Must have a caring and positive mindset to serve others with respect and professionalism at all times.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently.
- Previous administrative and/or hotel front desk experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with guests quickly.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are required.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
