We are a modern, multi-specialty dental practice located in the heart of Back Bay, Boston. Our team includes general dentists alongside specialists in orthodontics, oral surgery, and periodontics — giving our patients comprehensive, high-quality care all under one roof, and giving our assistants exposure to a wide range of procedures in a single week, from routine cleanings to surgical cases.
We're a high-volume practice with a full, steady schedule — but we've built our team structure and staffing so that no one feels rushed or unsupported. Busy doesn't mean chaotic here. New hires are paired with an assistant who trains you hands-on, and our experienced assistants make a point of mentoring newer team members rather than leaving you to figure things out alone. You'll never be thrown into something new without guidance first.
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Dental Assistant to support our general dentists and specialty providers across a variety of procedures. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to stay busy and keep growing their skills in a multi-specialty setting — working alongside orthodontists, oral surgeons, and periodontists in addition to general dentistry. Our providers value teaching moments chairside, so as you take on new procedures, you'll always have guidance close by — not just a full schedule.
