Bay Bridge Management Group is hiring an AT&T Customer Success Associate to support customers throughout the Bay Area. As an AT&T Customer Success Associate, you will work directly with customers to provide information, answer questions, and deliver exceptional Customer Support related to AT&T wireless, internet, and connectivity services.
The AT&T Customer Success Associate plays an important role in creating positive customer experiences while helping customers understand available AT&T services, account options, and service solutions. No previous experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training and ongoing development.
Responsibilities of a AT&T Customer Success Associate:
- Deliver outstanding Customer Support through professional and positive customer interactions.
- Assist customers with questions regarding AT&T products, services, account options, and available solutions.
- Support customers throughout the onboarding process and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate service options based on individual situations.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of Customer Support and customer satisfaction.
- Represent AT&T professionally while building trust and positive relationships with customers.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
