Termac Corporation and our Family of Companies are seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and managing customer accounts within an assigned territory.

What You'll Do
· Own and develop your assigned sales territory.
· Manage and grow an established customer base.
· Prospect and acquire new business through daily sales activity.
· Build relationships with restaurant owners, facility managers, and business decision-makers.
· Identify opportunities across multiple product and service lines.
· Utilize our CRM to manage customer activity, opportunities, and follow-up.
· Work closely with operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
What You'll Sell
You'll represent a family of companies providing essential products and recurring services, including:
· Cleaning chemicals and janitorial supplies
· Commercial dish machine rentals and service
· Grease trap maintenance
· Kitchen exhaust filter cleaning
· Fire suppression inspections and service
· Custom stainless steel fabrication
· Paper and disposable products

Qualifications
· Outside B2B sales experience preferred.
· Hospitality, foodservice, facility services, restaurant equipment, or janitorial experience is a plus.
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
· Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently while managing a sales territory.
· Valid driver's license.
