Parking Lot Cashier/Customer Service
Hours: 8AM – 5PM, M-F
Lunch Break: 1:30 - 2:30PM
Description: We are searching for a person with great customer service skills. Must have the ability to sit for long periods of time. You will be required to greet every vehicle that enters and exit’s the parking lot. You will collect payments from customers who have stayed longer than 2 hrs. You may be required to assist customers who have problems removing their ticket from the dispensing machine. The perfect candidate will be able to handle miscellaneous duties such as walking the entire enclosed parking structure 2-3 times per week. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. You will be required to empty out the trash cans on all levels, as well as any trash found in the stairwells. During your walk through you will also be looking for anything that looks suspicious, like a car has been tampered with. Ability to handle potential verbal confrontations with customer’s a plus. Other duties may be asked of you by your manager.
You will qualify for all benefit’s that the Company offers after your 3-month probation period. You will report directly to the Parking Lot Manager.
Pay: $19.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
