Receptionist (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: West Chester, Ohio
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift (Monday-Friday, standard business hours)
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a professional and dependable Receptionist for a contract-to-hire opportunity with one of our clients in West Chester, Ohio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, providing excellent customer service, and supporting daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper sign-in procedures
- Support office staff with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
