Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on golf carts, all-terrain vehicles, and powersports engines using advanced diagnostic tools and electrical diagnostics techniques.
- Conduct mechanical systems repairs including engine overhauls, brake repairs, suspension work, welding, soldering, and assembly of vehicle components.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle parts with precision.
- Troubleshoot basic vehicle issues such as electrical faults, engine problems, or mechanical failures to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain detailed service records, repair logs, and inspection reports for all vehicles serviced.
- Safely operate motorcycles or similar small vehicles for delivery purposes across designated routes while adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks and perform routine preventative maintenance to extend the lifespan of our fleet.
Requirements
- Proven dealership experience or service technician experience working with automotive or powersports vehicles.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in automotive engine system repair, electrical diagnostics, suspension systems, brake repair, welding, soldering, and assembly.
- Experience using diagnostic tools for automotive diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with all-terrain vehicle repair and motorcycle operation is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and performing heavy lifting when necessary.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward assisting clients during repairs or deliveries.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; motorcycle license preferred if applicable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards.
