Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning of pools, including skimming debris, vacuuming, brushing walls and floors to maintain pristine water quality.
- Conduct regular water testing and adjust chemical levels to ensure safe and balanced swimming conditions.
- Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators; perform necessary repairs or coordinate repairs with appropriate tools.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to maintain or repair pool systems and components.
- Maintain detailed service records of all cleaning activities, repairs, and inspections for each client’s pool.
- Follow safety protocols consistently to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and others.
- Assist with seasonal opening and closing procedures to prepare pools for use or storage.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool systems and equipment.
- Experience with equipment repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks.
- Proficiency in pool maintenance techniques including chemical balancing, cleaning, and water testing.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in equipment repair and maintenance.
- Prior service technician experience or background in pool cleaning is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple pools efficiently.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
