What You'll Do
As an Assistant General Manager, you'll partner with the General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including:
- Delivering an exceptional guest experience and creating a positive team culture
- Leading and coaching team members to achieve operational excellence
- Hiring, onboarding, training, and developing employees
- Managing schedules and ensuring proper staffing levels
- Driving sales, profitability, and labor performance
- Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
- Managing inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Overseeing cash handling, deposits, and daily financial reporting
- Assisting with local store marketing and community engagement initiatives
- Resolving guest concerns and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied
- Opening and closing the restaurant and leading shifts as Manager on Duty
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality management
- Previous quick-service restaurant experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and P&L accountability preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
