Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This entry level role supports multiple departments including Accounting, Weddings & Banquets, and the Golf Shop. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, customer-service driven, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Respond to member and guest emails, including wedding and banquet inquiries
- Provide administrative support for accounting
- Assist in the Golf Shop with customer service and point-of-sale transactions
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence
- Support event administrative follow-up
- Manage office supplies
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and member information
- Provide general administrative support to management as needed
