Ricky’s Pro Lawn Service is growing, and we're hiring Lawn/Landscape Crew Members to help service our growing list of high-end residential and commercial clients.

Job Descrption:
- Perform lawn maintenance, landscape work, and property enhancements
- Assist with landscape renovations, yard cleanups, and installments (sod, mulch, plants, rocks, ect.)
- Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete jobs on schedule
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and equipment
- Represent the company with professionalism and respect at every property

Requirements & Non-Negotiables:
- Must have your own transportation
- Must present a valid driver’s license at time of hiring
- Be reliable, on time, and responsible
- Team player with good communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, humidity, etc.)
- Ability to lift and/or carry heavy objects (minimum 50lbs)
- Must be clean, respectful, and quick to learn
- Able to take constructive criticism
- Flexible availability — Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
