We are currently signing on full-time CDL-A drivers for Local routes rolling out of Blende, CO. Experience is not a factor here - if you hold a valid CDL-A and have the commitment to show up and do the work we will invest in you from the very first day and set you up for a long successful career on the road. PAY:

- Position: Local - Full Time
- Freight: No-Touch Dry Van assigned on each and every load on every single run
- Home Time: Daily - every driver is home after every shift with absolutely no overnight runs ever under any circumstances
- Schedule: Day and night shift options are both on the table and open to all drivers; some weekend runs may come up on occasion based on how freight is flowing
- Weekly mileage: 2,000 miles

REQUIREMENTS:
- A valid and currently active Class A CDL is a firm absolute and completely non-negotiable requirement for every applicant
- Zero prior trucking experience is required - drivers fresh out of CDL school are strongly welcomed and actively encouraged to submit their application right away
- Must be at least 21 years of age at the time the application is submitted
- A completely clean spotless and fully verifiable driving record is a hard mandatory requirement for all candidates
- Any SAP program history or DUI involvement of any kind or degree is an automatic immediate and permanent disqualifier with absolutely no exceptions
- All applicants must fully pass a comprehensive DOT physical examination and completely clear a pre-employment drug screening before being authorized to begin
- Must be located within a commutable practical and manageable distance from Blende, CO
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Step up and take complete total and absolute ownership of all Class A tractor-trailer operations on every assigned local run while maintaining the highest conceivable standards of safety and professionalism at every single stage of every trip
- Perform exhaustive thorough and fully detailed vehicle inspections at the very start and the very end of each individual haul every time with no steps skipped no shortcuts taken and no exceptions made
- Keep all ELD electronic log records fully accurate completely current and in strict total compliance with each and every applicable DOT rule regulation and standard at all times
- Adhere to every DOT requirement and every company safety guideline with complete unwavering precision and total consistency throughout the full length of each and every haul
- Maintain constant proactive professional clear and timely communication with dispatch from the moment the truck leaves the yard all the way through to the final delivery on every single run
