Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive store success. Duties
- Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, merchandising, inventory control, and customer service initiatives.
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees to build a high-performing team aligned with company standards.
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and employee orientation to ensure smooth store operations and staff development.
- Oversee inventory management processes such as stock replenishment, purchasing, pricing strategies, and shrink reduction.
- Handle cash handling procedures, cashiering duties, and POS (Point of Sale) system operations with accuracy and integrity.
- Implement marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and sales while maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor store performance metrics, prepare budgets, control expenses, and optimize sales management efforts to meet financial targets.
Skills
- Strong management experience with a proven track record in retail sales and team leadership.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
- Skilled in negotiation, customer service excellence, and conflict resolution.
- Proficient in retail math, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and inventory management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff effectively through training & development initiatives.
- Knowledge of retail operations including POS systems, cash handling procedures, merchandising, and stock control.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, and supervising shifts for optimal store performance.
- Familiarity with marketing techniques relevant to retail environments; experience in wireless sales or grocery stores is a plus.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams while maintaining high standards of store management and customer satisfaction.
