Job Title: Line Cook

Shifts Available: Day & Night Shifts (Must be available for both)
Job Summary:
Beehive Grill is seeking a reliable and experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes that meet our guests’ expectations. You will work directly on the line, ensuring food is cooked to order, plated properly, and delivered in a timely manner. This role is vital to keeping our kitchen running smoothly during both day and night shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and kitchen procedures
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and restocking of the cook line throughout your shift
- Ensure food is cooked and presented on time, meeting our standards for quality and speed
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation
- Set up and break down workstations before and after service
- Assist with prep work, inventory, and kitchen maintenance as needed
Requirements:
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience is required (6 months-1 year preferred)
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety practices
- Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
