About the Role
As a Restoration Project Lead, you will spearhead field operations to ensure property recovery projects are executed with precision and care. You will play a vital role in restoring environments for clients while mentoring technical teams to achieve high-quality outcomes in water, fire, and mold mitigation.
Responsibilities-
Direct and coordinate field crews across diverse residential and commercial restoration sites to ensure project efficiency.

Drive project success by monitoring moisture levels, drying equipment performance, and overall progress against industry standards.
