Pay $45k to $55k (depending on experience) plus up to 10k bonus
CertaPro Painters is looking for a motivated Field Inspector to help oversee and organize our residential painting projects, commercial painting projects. Above all, we are seeking an individual who is honest, hardworking, and committed to contributing to a strong company culture.

Day-to-day:
- Conduct field inspections of painting sites to ensure compliance with project specifications and customer expectations.
- Provide support to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Perform quality inspections to ensure workmanship meets quality standards.
- Document inspections with photos.
- Collaborate with clients to address any issues or concerns.
- Provide field training and coaching to work crews to ensure that systems and processes are being executed at a high level
- Order paint
- Light marketing: Ensure job sites have yard signs posted, painters are wearing CertaPro Painters shirts, and nearby neighbors receive door hangers.
- Paint store relationships: Build relationships with local paint stores so they refer us when customers ask for a painter recommendation.
- Ensure paint crews are complying with company safety, OSHA, and EPA guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of painting, construction or home services experience
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- General knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Bilingual preferred- English/Spanish
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Computer knowledge (applications, and Microsoft suite)
This position would be a great fit for a seasoned painter who no longer wants to paint.
