Job Summary
We are looking for Community Liaisons willing to work 10-20 hrs/week who have experience generating referrals for home health services. This opportunity is great for someone who already has an established network and wants to earn a great commission with a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain referral relationships with:
- Case managers
- Skilled nursing facilities
- Social workers
- Discharge planners
- Memory care facilities
- Concierge medical practices
- Community organizations.
- Hospitals
- Assisted living communities
- Geriatric care managers
- Independent living communities
- Physicians
- Rehabilitation hospitals
- Senior living advisors
- Discharge planners
- Elder law attorneys
Responsibilities:
- Introducing and familiarizing healthcare professionals with Care Crusaders Services
- Identifying possible private-pay clients
- Following up with referrals and their sources
- Building long-term referral partnerships
- Representing Care Crusaders Services in networking opportunities and relationships
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous healthcare marketing experience
- Existing referral relationships in the Houston community
- Experience in marketing, especially home health care
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and independent
