Lead Cashier/Sales Associate
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lead Cashier/Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cash register operations, ensuring accuracy throughout the day, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also play a key role in achieving monthly sales targets and maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor.
Responsibilities:
- Open and close cash registers accurately.
- Ensure cash register accuracy throughout the day.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Meet monthly sales quotas.
- Maintain the front of the store, including but not limited to:
- Restocking shelves
- Organizing displays
- Cleaning aisles
- Complete small projects on the sales floor as assigned.
- Assist other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Customer service and sales experience.
- Ability to perform basic math for accurate change calculation.
Ideal Candidates Possess:
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
- A positive mentality.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Hair knowledge
Pay: $15.70 - $17.00 per hour
