What a Typical Day Looks Like
You’ll start early—Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM—leading a crew to deliver top-quality lawn care across Madison County.
Expect a fast-paced environment where plans can shift. You’ll keep your team on track, maintain high standards, and ensure every job meets customer expectations.
Your day will include:
- Hands-on lawn care work alongside your crew
- Coordinating schedules and daily routes
- Maintaining quality control across job sites
- Keeping your team focused and efficient

What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate a lawn care crew daily
- Manage schedules, equipment, and job site quality
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Uphold safety standards and company policies
- Solve problems quickly and keep projects moving
Pay & Schedule
- $30–$35 per hour (based on experience and performance)
- Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Weekly direct deposit + bonus opportunities
Requirements
- Proven leadership or crew lead experience in landscaping or lawn care
- Ability to work early mornings and full days outdoors
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, coachable, and detail-oriented
