One of our valued clients in the manufacturing industry is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join their growing team in Franklin, WI.
Note: These are direct hire, full time opportunities with immediate benefits available!
Schedule & Pay for Maintenance Technician roles:
- 1st shift - 6 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday
- Pay: $35.00 – $40.00/hour based on experience
- Direct Hire Opportunity
- Overtime opportunities available
Key Responsibilities for the Maintenance Technician:
- Perform preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Complete general building maintenance and repairs
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
- Modify and rebuild manufacturing equipment with engineering support
- Assist with installation of capital equipment and machinery upgrades
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders within CMMS systems
- Troubleshoot power distribution systems, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring
- Operate and maintain wastewater treatment systems in compliance with regulations
Qualifications for the Maintenance Technician role:
- 2-3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Basic electrical troubleshooting experience
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Familiarity with CMMS maintenance scheduling systems
