Multi-Family Community in BILOXI has an IMMEDIATE opening for a highly motivated, experienced HVAC Apartment Maintenance Tech.
Hiring immediately- At least 5 years' experience in the Apartment industry is required.
Advanced knowledge of;
*HVAC
*carpentry,
*plumbing,
*electrical,
*appliance repairs,
Duties will include but not limited to HVAC service and preventive maintenance, make ready apartments, maintenance work orders, as well as other issues that might arise to keep the community up and running.
***Reliable transportation with valid auto insurance and current driver's license is a must.***
This is a full-time 8-5 Mon-Fri position with occasional on-call/after hours. On-call will be taken on a rotating schedule with the staff.

Summary
The primary responsibilities of the MAINTENANCE HVAC personnel are to maintain both inside and outside HVAC systems in good and acceptable condition according to company standards. This will help the property maintain efficient and dependable HVAC systems as well as ensuring the property meets safety standards for its tenants. The Maintenance HVAC personnel will also assist the rest of the staff, as directed, in their efforts to manage the property in an efficient manner.
