Accurate Logistics is looking for experienced Pharmaceutical Warehouse Supervisors to join our team. You would be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient order fulfillment, and a safe and productive work environment. This position is hands-on and works with warehouse employees, coordinates receiving and shipping activities, and ensures company procedures and performance standards are followed. You would also provide route coverage when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily receiving, sorting, shipping, and storage operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure orders are sorted accurately and drivers are departing on schedule.
- Operate and oversee the proper use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
- Enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of warehouse or distribution experience.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and warehouse procedures.
- Ability to operate or supervise the operation of material-handling equipment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced physical environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with RF scanners.
- Forklift certification is preferred or may be required.
- Able to drive a 26' truck and/or cargo van.
- Must have a good DMV record and DOT medical card.
- Able to pass a background check and drug test.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50lbs.
- Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.
Schedule
- Full-time; schedule may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or overtime depending on business needs.
Salary is based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO and Holiday pay.
