Job Summary

Duties
- Coordinate and supervise all aspects of food preparation, ensuring meals are nutritious, appealing, and served on time.
- Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize costs.
- Oversee the operation of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff and food service teams to uphold high standards of food safety, hygiene, and customer service.
- Implement food safety management protocols in compliance with health regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Conduct shift management duties including scheduling staff, overseeing daily operations, and resolving any service issues promptly.
- Analyze profit and loss reports to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and profitability while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, kitchen management, or restaurant management within quick service or fast food environments.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and cost analysis effectively.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in hospitality or food service settings.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff and manage team dynamics effectively.
- Familiarity with food safety protocols, HACCP standards, and food handling procedures.
- Experience working in casual dining, fine dining, or hotel food service environments is highly desirable.
