EPG is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to support our Commercial Lines team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day service, retention, and support of a portfolio of commercial lines insurance clients while working closely with Account Executives.
You will act as a key point of contact for clients, helping them navigate coverage questions, policy changes, renewals, and ongoing service needs. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial lines insurance experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
Manage the daily service needs of assigned commerical lines accounts.
Serve as the primary contact for client questions regarding coverage, policy changes, and service needs.
Process endorsements, policy changes, renewals, and other policy transactions in AMS360.
Issue certificates of insurance, binders, auto ID cards, and evidence of insurance.
Prepare and support new business and renewal submissions, proposals, and presentations.
Enter, review, and validate quotes and policy data for accuracy.
Communicate with carriers and underwriters regarding quotes, renewals, and policy updates.
Review policies and contracts to identify coverage requirements and potential gaps.
Assist with billing, invoicing, premium allocations, and installment processing.
Review carrier audits and assist clients with questions or discrepancies.
Support the onboarding of new clients, including applications and system setup.
Maintain accurate client records, proposals, and marketing files.
Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries.
Qualifications
Experience in commercial insurance account management or client servicing.
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and policy structures.
Proficiency with agency management systems (AMS360 preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Active P&C Insurance license
