- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to update invoice records.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a dispatching role within the supply chain or transportation industry.
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes.
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of transportation planning principles to optimize routes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
