Seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dealership! You will serve by completing vehicle title work, inputting inventory and social media growth.
Responsibilities
- Complete vehicle title work accurately and submit it to the County Clerk
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and dealer management system
- Support inventory management and ensure the environment remains organized and efficient
- Support social media team with content creation, posting and ads
Requirements
- Proven clerical experience with strong office experience including data entry
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $15.00 per hour
