An established television and streaming company is seeking a Manager of Streaming Partnerships to work with our digital distribution partners to deliver and market the best possible viewing experiences to our audience. This role owns day-to-day communication with select digital distribution partners, along with the marketing and promotional efforts across our FAST and SVOD channels. The role requires close coordination with internal teams on content delivery, technical cooperation, joint marketing initiatives, and promotional execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (This description reflects the primary responsibilities of the role and is not intended to be an exhaustive list)
- Serve as day-to-day contact with select distribution partners (e.g., Samsung TV Plus, The Roku Channel, Vizio, Xumo), owning marketing and promotional opportunities across each service
- Assist with strategy for our SVOD service distribution and subscriber growth
- Partner with internal teams to develop promotional strategies for new channel launches, weekly and monthly programming, and editorial and seasonal events — including submitting programming stunts to partners
- Manage creative production on promotional and marketing assets — sizzles, promos, banners, logos, and key art — and oversee monthly delivery to distribution partners
- Grow viewership and audience by building strong partner relationships and developing deep expertise in platform best practices, translating that into guidance for internal stakeholders
- Represent our content avails in meetings and presentations with distribution partners (VOD), and own the decks and pitch materials that support them
- Support business development across new and existing CTV platforms, identifying expansion opportunities and monitoring the competitive landscape
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5–7 years' experience in digital distribution, partnership management, or content marketing, with direct experience across CTV platforms including FAST, AVOD, and SVOD
- Demonstrated ownership of platform or distribution partner relationships, including marketing and promotional execution
- Working knowledge of the content needs and programming strategy of both established and emerging streaming platforms
- Experience managing creative production workflows and delivery timelines across multiple stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience launching a new channel or service on a third-party streaming platform
- Familiarity with partner submission portals and avails/metadata workflows
- Comfort building partner-facing decks and presenting to external stakeholders.

Pay: $114,789.29 - $128,069.86 per year
