We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Part Time Litigation Paralegal to join our growing Personal Injury team. This remote, part-time opportunity is available to candidates located in Kentucky.
Experience with cases in the State of Kentucky is required.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
- Strong background in insurance defense, insurance defense billing & receivables, and plaintiff’s work
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must reside in Kentucky and be able to work remotely
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-claim investigations, legal research, and case assessments
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and appellate documents
- Manage deadlines, case files, and hearing calendars
- Maintain discovery and pleadings indexes
- Assist attorneys with discovery, interrogatories, and trial preparation
- Organize exhibits, documents, and evidence
- Support attorneys with jury selection, witness prep, and settlement discussions
