Compensation: Base Pay $20/hour + Commission

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven outreach specialist to promote our **AI & Innovation programs for elementary school students** to local schools, educational organizations, and families.
Key Responsibilities
* Build partnerships with elementary schools, after-school programs, and community organizations
* Promote programs to local (non-Chinese) families and parent communities
* Execute outreach strategies to drive student enrollment
* Communicate program value clearly to parents and institutional partners
* Follow up with leads and convert interest into registrations
Qualifications
* Experience in education program marketing, admissions, or outreach
* Familiar with local school systems or parent networks in the Boston area
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
* Existing connections with schools or community organizations is a strong plus

Someone who can open doors and drive enrollments, not just post content.
