Skycloud Mental Health is a clinician-owned hybrid mental health practice specializing in LGBTQIA2S+ related mental health care. We treat a full spectrum of mental health conditions to patients through telemedicine direct to patients' homes, with in-office locations in Oregon, Washington and Utah. This is a full-time, 40 hours per week W2 position as a PMHNP Psychotherapy Specialist. You will see approximately 25-28 clients per week for hour-long visits. No medication prescribing is required, though it is optional when clinically indicated in the context of psychotherapy. You can also refer to one of our practice's PMHNP Medication Management Specialists when clinically appropriate.
Provider may reside anywhere in OR, WA, UT or ID. We have a preference for those who can conduct in-office visits at least once every six months.
Work Setting
- Primarily telehealth. You will run your regular schedule from home.
- Clackamas or Portland, OR, Salt Lake City, UT, or Issaquah, WA: Plan on coming to one of our office sites occasionally. We cover travel costs if you live more than 50 miles away.

Additional Requirements:
- Board Certified PMHNP
- Oregon, Washington and Utah PMHNP licenses
- Extensive additional training in psychotherapy. Examples: additional psychotherapy-based licensure such as LPC, LCSW, PhD, LMFT, or equivalent continuing education and/or experience
- Eligible and willing to obtain in-network status on all requested insurance panels
Preferred Qualifications:
- Willing to see ages 5 and up
- Spanish-speaking
- Experience and/or interest in working with LGBTQIA+ populations
- Knowledge of E&M codes
- 2+ years of psychotherapy experience
