Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field
Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain imminently
6+ years of geotechnical engineering consulting experience
Experience supporting transportation, marine, federal, or infrastructure projects
Background with subsurface investigations, soil borings, remediation, testing, and inspection services
Familiarity with DOT standards and public-sector project delivery processes
Experience managing projects, mentoring junior staff, and leading technical teams
Existing relationships within the Delaware market and experience with state or government projects strongly preferred
