West Coast Arbor Care is hiring an experienced Lead Tree Climber to join our growing team. We’re looking for a skilled professional who takes pride in safety, quality work, and customer service.
This is a leadership role for someone confident in advanced climbing, technical removals, and communicating directly with homeowners.

Responsibilities
- Perform advanced tree climbing using SRT (Single Rope Technique)
- Execute proper pruning techniques following industry standards
- Complete technical and tight-quarter removals safely and efficiently
- Lead and direct ground crew on job sites
- Ensure all safety procedures and protocols are followed
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and clients
- Maintain and inspect climbing gear and equipment

Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional tree climbing experience
- Strong knowledge of proper pruning techniques
- Proven experience with SRT climbing systems
- Experience in tight-access and technical removals
- Leadership experience in a crew setting
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license required

- ISA Certified Arborist (or working toward certification)
- CDL (Class A or B)
