Greet customers promptly and professionally while delivering an exceptional service experience.

Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms and repair requests.

Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections.

Prepare repair orders and communicate effectively with technicians regarding customer concerns.

Keep customers informed throughout the repair process, including status updates, additional repair recommendations, and estimated completion times.

Review completed repairs with customers and ensure all questions are answered before vehicle delivery.

Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer retention.

Meet productivity, customer satisfaction, and sales goals established by dealership management.

Previous automotive dealership Service Advisor experience required.

Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds dealership management software is preferred.

Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
