Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Internet Sales Manager to lead our online vehicle sales operations. Duties
- Manage and grow the online sales pipeline by engaging with prospective customers through various digital channels
- Lead outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and follow-up communications to generate new leads and nurture existing prospects
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, update sales records, and analyze sales trends for continuous improvement
- Conduct negotiations with B2B clients and individual customers to close high-end vehicle deals effectively
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase online visibility and attract high-quality leads
- Oversee inventory management related to online listings, ensuring accurate representation of vehicles and timely updates
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone, email, or live chat, maintaining professional phone etiquette and communication skills
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail automotive sales with a focus on high-end or luxury vehicles
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell and close deals confidently
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve a diverse customer base effectively
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and sales processes efficiently
- Familiarity with CRM software platforms used in automotive or retail environments
- Knowledge of dealership operations including inventory control, retail math, and inventory management systems
- Exceptional communication skills for public speaking, customer interactions, and team collaboration
- Experience with outbound sales techniques such as cold calling and marketing campaigns
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and positive attitude
- Strong understanding of automotive industry standards, including automobile sales procedures and inventory management
