Starting pay is $26.34 or $27.77 per hour based on classification level, plus earn a $3,000 sign-on bonus* and night/weekend differentials!

3.5 weeks of vacation, 9 paid holidays and ample sick time; limitations may apply for leave time usage in the first six months. Leave time is pro-rated for part-time employees based on hours worked.

As a CNA at SWC, you will complete classroom orientation and on the floor training in the first 3 weeks.

New CNAs will be offered available evening and night shift positions with every other weekend off.

CNAs can sign for transfers to different shifts as they become available. Shifts are assigned to staff by seniority.
- All positions require the ability to work scheduled hours and may include mandatory overtime as needed with shifts up to 15.5 hours long. Holidays, personal and sick time may be used during the first 6 months.
- Vacation time may not be available until after 6 months of employment.
