We’re a small company that has stayed in business for 40 years going on 41, repairing sprinkler systems by improving yearly and keeping up with technology and innovation. While we don’t allow smoking in company vehicles or job sites, we allow laughing, storytelling, and brainstorming. We have operated seasonally for years, closing up in November and opening in March. You will have the option of attached unemployment, and starting this year providing year-round employment to Lead Technicians.

We are filling positions for Lead Technicians at this time. (Less experienced technicians are also encouraged to apply!) Growth in our company is modeled in our 3 year route from rookie to lead technician training path, and it doesn't stop there. We look for mechanically inclined candidates who take pride in running an organized service vehicle. We are hiring Lead Technicians and will expect also to have a rookie to midlevel team member alongside each lead technicians in teams of two for the season.
