Sparkles ABA is a newly established, mission-driven ABA therapy company preparing to launch in the Oklahoma City area. We are building something meaningful from the ground up, and we are looking for the right clinician to grow with us from day one. This is not a typical BCBA role -- it is a ground-floor opportunity for someone who wants to shape a company's clinical identity and ultimately lead it.
The Opportunity -
We are seeking a passionate, experienced BCBA to join our team ahead of our anticipated launch in approximately 90 days. As an early hire, you will have direct influence over our clinical protocols, supervision structure, and culture. Our goal is for the right candidate to step into a Clinical Director role as we scale.

What We Are Looking For -
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Oklahoma licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience delivering and supervising ABA services across a variety of learner profiles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset -- someone who is energized by building, not just maintaining
- Comfort working independently in a home-based setting during the startup phase
