Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, buffing, and carpet cleaning to ensure floors are spotless and well-maintained
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
- Ensure all areas are sanitized according to health standards, including restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Manage janitorial supplies inventory and restock cleaning products as needed
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks in hospitality settings, including room preparation and guest requests
Requirements
- Proven experience but not required in residential cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is highly valued
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation for carpet cleaning and floor maintenance, if not known, we can always teach.
- Strong understanding of sanitation standards and safety protocols in cleaning procedures; if not known, we can teach
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic familiarity with laundry processes and housekeeper management practices is preferred.
- Reliable transportation to reach various job sites; flexibility to work weekends or evenings if required
