We are hiring experienced CDL-A Flatbed Drivers for OTR routes with strong weekly pay, steady miles, and full benefits.
Pay
Average weekly pay: $1,300–$1,800 per week
Mileage pay: $0.48–$0.61+ CPM, based on experience and freight
Miles per week: 2,200–2,800
Tarp pay: $50–$100 per load
Stop pay: Varies by load
Bonus: Driver performance bonus available
Home Time
Home time varies by location. Preferred hiring areas may allow for more consistent home time. Drivers outside preferred zones may still be eligible. Home time is often scheduled while under load.
Freight and Lane Details
This is no-touch freight, but drivers are responsible for securement. Secure parking is required when pulling a loaded trailer. Freight is considered low theft risk.
Common freight destinations include:
Laredo, Carolinas, Northern Indiana, Phoenix, Portland, Los Angeles, San Diego, Utah, and Minneapolis.

Must have a valid CDL-A
Experienced drivers only
Flatbed experience preferred
Must be comfortable with securement
Must have or be able to access secure parking for loaded trailer

Orientation
Virtual orientation lasts approximately 30 minutes to 2 hours, followed by a 1-day orientation. Drivers receive $300. Single lodging is provided, and travel reimbursement may be available.

Phoenix, AZ: Monday and Wednesday at 7:00 AM
Gary, IN: Monday and Wednesday at 7:00 AM
