Express Employment Professionals is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team and help maintain the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations.
What You'll Do:
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a key role in managing customer payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the accounting department.
Responsibilities:
- Process billing and receivables transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Identify payment discrepancies and create reconciling entries to ensure proper payment application.
- Review, sort, process, post, and file accounts receivable documentation.
- Maintain organized accounting records and files.
- Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with collections efforts.
- Post receipts, cash transactions, and other accounting entries according to company procedures.
- Assist with FMVSS documentation and title development.
- Collect, calculate, and enter employee payroll hours.
- Support general accounting functions and special projects as needed.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
QualificationsRequired:
- Minimum 2 years of accounting or accounts receivable experience.
- General accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.
- Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working with accounting software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Preferred:
- Manufacturing industry experience.
- Payroll processing experience.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Day before holidays: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
