Schedule: Monday–Friday | 11:30 AM – 8:15 PM
Pay: $17.00/hour (English-speaking) | $18.50/hour (Bilingual Spanish/English)
Customer Service Representative – Paid Training Provided
Abel Personnel is seeking Customer Service Representatives for a full-time, onsite call center opportunity in Middle River, Maryland.

Compensation

Job Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer service calls
- Assist customers with account inquiries and payment questions
- Research and resolve customer concerns
- Provide accurate information and solutions
- Update customer records and account information
- Document customer interactions in company systems
- Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service standards
- Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
Training Schedule
Training Period (4–6 Weeks)
Monday–Friday
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Regular Schedule After Training
Monday–Friday
11:30 AM – 8:15 PM
Occasional Saturdays may be required. A weekday off will be provided when scheduled.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Customer service experience preferred
- Call center experience is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Reliable attendance and dependable work history
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced customer service environment
