Job Overview:
We are seeking a RBT School Aide to join our team, working with school students during school hours, 5 days per week, 7 hours per day. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children who need additional supports and supporting educational activities in a school setting. This position will begin in August with the 2026-27 school year. Must be a Registered Behavioral Technician with current registration
Experience:
- Previous experience working with socially/emotionally challenged children is preferred
- Knowledge of educational practices and child development
- Ability to support and engage students effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with students, teachers, and parents
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and special education practices
