HVAC COMMERICAL ESTIMATOR ( Westchester County)
The office/ Shop is located in Westchester County - will be working out of this location - the person who we are looking for will spend their day putting together job bids, looking at scope of work, blueprints, assisting in working up proposals, gathering job costs (materials/subcontractors costs/ etc) from vendors in order to put these proposals/bids together. Will work actively with owners and other estimators. Experience in HVAC Commercial work is a must.
Must be reliable, be able to work 40 hours a week plus overtime as necessary. Work days and hours are Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm or 8am to 4pm pm Full time
Must be able to to work as a team player and have reliable transportation to work. There is no remote work available this job will require that you come into the office everday. Work motivated, eager to learn, punctuality, clean appearance and attendance is key
