We have a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our HOLE team. This position will provide general administrative support to our corporate headquarters. The ideal candidate will have great attitude, strong administrative skills, and experience multi-tasking.
This position is based at our corporate office which is centrally located at Rocky Point, overlooking the bay waters of Tampa Bay.
Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and greet visitors
- Coordinate a high volume of travel arrangements including flights, lodging, and rental cars
- Arrange meetings, company events, and catering as needed
- Manage office supplies and other inventories for various departments
- Perform general administrative duties including creating spreadsheets, maintaining records, and writing correspondence.
- Track invoices and submit expenses to Accounting for payment
Qualifications
- Great can-do attitude!!!
- 3+ years of experience in a administrative support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; intermediate to advanced experience in MS Excel
- Excellent customer service, prioritization, and sense of urgency
- Able to professionally interact with internal department, customers, and suppliers
- Attention to detail and accuracy is vital
- Willingness to research, learn, and be an effective part of a team
